Dear goldorakiller,

We wonder if you could try to start DIALux in the Mesa mode. This mode is a reference graphics card driver, especially for our software. Please open the windows start menu and choose the mentioned entry.

Dear Giulia_90, We would like to recommend you to update the graphics adapter driver on the manufacturer's website of your graphics card and not by the help of Windows. Dear goldorakiller, We would like to recommend you to uninstall all three DIALux programs from your system (see screenshot) and install DIALux 4.13.0.2 once again by using the following setup.
