We will send you the edited project file via email. Please check if the problem you described still ex...

Re: Geschoss übergreifende Fenster?
Hallo abz, leider ist es nicht möglich, eine Fensteröffnung etagenübergreifend anzuordnen. Da wir d...

Hello Alex G.,
Please provide us with the evo project file so that we could check the problem directly in evo 9.2. It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'Support@dial.de'.

Re: LIGHT IS DISTRIBUTED WRONGLY in 3D
Hello jeancol90,
Objects were placed far away from the building that caused the problem. After we deleted these objects and recalculated the project, the problem was solved. We have sent you the edited project by email.
Best regards,
DIAL Support Team

Re: Treppenhauskonstruktion

Re: achieving valuation field parameters for imported CAD plan of a cross road
Hello Paria_S, As we integrated in DIALux the European norm EN 13201, which defines the calculation of roadways, this norm only allows straight roads. So, if you want to realise a lighting planning according to the norm, you are restricted to the defined parameters. DIALux users often expressed thei...

Re: Sports Fields Calculation Grids in DIALux EVO
Hello Riadh, Sports lighting based on the norm EN 12193 (2008-4) is not implemented yet in DIALux evo. In the year 2021/ 2022, however, we will try to completely replace DIALux 4 with evo, so then all of DIALux 4 missing functionalities such as emergency lighting, video production and sports lightin...
