Dialux Evo 7.1 Material library error

Post by CQta » Fri Jan 12, 2018 11:12 am

Good morning,
Since I installed the 7.1 version of the software it's impossible to open both the Material and Colour catalogues
This is the error:

If you can't fix it, I would like to uninstall this version and install again the 7.0 one.
Could you provide a link in order to download the previous version please?
Many thanks in advance for your help

Dear CQta,

Would you please check if the file 'C:\Users\Chiara Bertolaja\AppData\Local\DIAL GmbH\DIALux\MaterialDatabase.dat' is write protected? Please make sure that your user account has full access (read and write) to this file and the complete directory 'C:\Users\Chiara Bertolaja\AppData\Local\DIAL GmbH\DIALux\'. The error message says you do not have the rights to access the file.

Best regards,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have full access to the folders and the files are not read and/or write protected.

Dear CQta,

We would like to recommend you to uninstall the new evo version 7.1 patch2 and install it again by using the following download link:
https://b2b.dial.de/index.php/s/F0Rxsff5QZjvAWe

In case the problem still occurs, you could also check whether the old evo version 7.0 might be of help. This is the link to the evo7.0 setup:
