Hi Anuj,

this might happen if you use a computer with more than one graphics adapter (eg. a laptop with Intel and nvidia graphics).
In this case, please make sure to select the nvidia/AMD graphics adapter to be used with evo. You can change the graphics adapter via context menu off the evo desktop icon or via NVIDIA control panel.

Best Regards
Kolja

Hi Anuj,

Please find attached a screenshot of the required steps in the nvidia control panel, I have only the German version installed (sorry), but I think the GUI should be the same in another language. Add the program file (dialux_x64.exe or dialux_x86.exe) from the installation path of evo and select "NVIDIA High Performance Processor" or something similar.

Hi Kolja ,
I have tried the way you advice . But I am not able to select the step 3 ( "NVIDIA High Performance Processor" or something similar).
Is there any other option to select this option . kindly let me know the steps to do it. I have attached the screenshots.

But when I installed Evo 3.1 version ,quite surprisingly it runs . So then I decide to try to run Evo 3.3 . It again stops running & same error reflect ( already posted in this thread) . Therefore I would like to ask why Evo 3.1 runs and whereas Evo 3.3 does not??

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Anuj

Hi Anuj,

evo 3.1 has a bit lower graphics adapter requirements and it supports Direct3D, evo 3.3 needs OpenGL support.

I do not know why you cannot select the NVIDIA GPU. Perhaps an update of the Intel and Nvidia drivers may help, but I really don't know, sorry.
