Dear Nin,

It could be a problem that Windows has corrupted the DIALux permissions on your computer system with an update in the past. The only way to solve this problem is to manually delete all DIALux components that are still on your computer system after uninstalling DIALux evo.

In the following you will find a list what you must delete on your computer system that you hopefully can install our software product successfully on your computer system:

1. Uninstall everything completely: DIALux evo, DIALux Communication Framework, DIAL Data Dispatcher (see attached screenshot)
2. Delete the program folders of evo (C: \ Program Files \ DIAL GmbH) and (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ DIAL GmbH)
3. Delete also this folder (C: \ ProgramData \ DIAL GmbH)
4. Delete this folder (C: \ Users \ <username> \ AppData \ Local \ DIAL GmbH)

These are our default installation paths. If you have adjusted them, you will need to adjust the paths accordingly.

After this you should restart your computer once and then reinstall evo once again by using the following download link to our evo 7.1 patch2 setup:

https://b2b.dial.de/index.php/s/vOyqJ4b0c2Mnyg0

If you do not feel confident enough, it's best to ask your administrator for help and, if necessary, make backup copies of the deleted folders on your desktop.

Best regards,
DIAL Support Team
