Dialux.extproccalc.dll stop running

Post by sumankundu120 » Sun Jun 17, 2018 7:27 pm

Hello,
I started using DIalux Evo 8.
After modelling the project, when I run the calculation, it shows an error: "Dialux.extproccalc Dynamic Link Library (DLL) has stopped".

Attaching a snap. Please help me.

Regards,
Suman

Please send us also the link to this topic, so that we could better assign this issue.

Dear Suman,

For me it is no problem to calculate your project file within a few seconds.

We would like to recommend you to uninstall your evo version completely from your computer system and install our newest evo 8.0 patch 3 version by using the following download link once again. In this case all DIALux components will be newly registered.

DIALux evo 8.0 patch 3: https://b2b.dial.de/index.php/s/k6tNr1LBFdGzKP7

Hello Support team,
I re-installed the program after downloading again from the given link. But same problem is coming, while I press the Calculation button.
I have sent a mail with snapshots.
Kindly help

Dear Suman,

We would like to recommend you to deactivate all you security software (virus scanner) once on your computer system and have a look if something in the background of your computer system is blocking the DIALux evo calculation process.
If you have a bad feeling to disable the security software, you can deactivate your WLAN connection and remove the network cable from your computer.

Best regards,
