Dear cakly,

As you got a Kernelbase.dll error message it seems to be the same problem as it is described in the following thread:
https://dxboard.dialux.com/viewtopic.ph ... se#p100396

Please check the suggestion to solution.

Dear cakly,

Have you uninstalled Dell's Backup and Recovery utilities completely from your computer system? Or have you only reinstalled evo?

Dear cakly,

You could try to clean up your system completely by doing the following:

1) Uninstalling the current DIALux evo version
2) Then delete the DIALux evo folder completely manually:
C:\Program Files\DIAL GmbH
3) Install our evo version 8 (patch 3) again on your system with the following download link:
DIALux evo 8 Patch 3: https://b2b.dial.de/index.php/s/79MviIzDReBTcmJ

If the problem continues to occur on your computer system, we are unable to help you because it is a special problem on your system. A new setup of the operating system will most likely solve the problem.
