Mac, Parallels, mouse and move tool

Post by MarieA » Thu Oct 11, 2018 1:15 pm

I have recently started using a Mac and have downloaded Parallels and installed Windows 10 and Dialux.
It works fine as far as I can see, except for one thing:
The move tool does not work - that is, I can move objects and luminaires, but I cannot move the 3D view sideways or up and down - I can only pan. In 2D I can zoom, but not move the drawing in any direction.
I am using the default white mouse that comes with the Mac, and it does not change anything it I click with one or two fingers etc. Panning and zomming work fine.

So, what should I do? Change mouse? Change a setting? I have already disabled the "optimize for gaming"-thing for the mouse.

Hi MarieA,

It seems to be a special problem on the Macbook. Since we are not very familiar with Apple systems - evo is a Windows based software - we can only recommend you to look for a solution in the Apple forums regarding this problem. We regret that we cannot help you at this point.

Best regards,
