DWG export (external scene) - diagonal lines of every object

Post by kecy » Thu Feb 27, 2020 11:46 pm

Hello,

for some time I deal with strange error. It occures only when exporting external scene. Also this is not happening every time, i would say that maybe 50 % of cases. The problem is that all objects in the scene are "separated" diagonally while exported. That creates a mess in DWG export, where is just too many lines. The lines interconnects corners of objets.

What can I do to get rid of theese lines?

Thank you.

Hello Miroslav,

You exported your DWG file when you were in the 3D view of evo, so you created a 3D DWG file. This is the reason why you have so many "crossing lines" in your DWG file. The solution for you is to export a DWG file in 2D view only, so you get a 2D DWG file without crossing lines.

Hello,

thank you very much for clarification. It seems now so obvious. :)))
