Evo 9 crashes the second time I open it.

I downloaded evo 9. It worked the first time I used it. When I tried to open the program again it locked up on the black screen. :?

Hi deankipp,

It seems to be as if something on your computer system goes wrong when connecting to the starting process of evo. Please try to deactivate all your security software (virus scanner and the firewall) once on your computer system and after this please check if the problem is solved.
If you have a bad feeling to disable the security software, you can deactivate your WLAN connection and remove the network cable from your computer.

In case the problem still exists, we would recommend you to uninstall your evo version and install the new patch version. In this case, all DIALux components will be newly registered. You could download the setup from our website or use the following download link.

After the installation, it would be better to restart the computer once.
