4.13 PDF Printer error 30

Hi,
Since I installed Dialux 4.13.0.0 on my Windows10 laptop, I'm unable to export PDF editions via the Dialux PDF Printer: I always have a message "Printer not activated - error code 30".
I've searched over the Web what this error was, modified the port of the driver, no way to get it to work as expected.
In the properties of the driver, I've found this (see image). Do we need an activation code to activate the printer ???

BTW, preview print works if I select another pdf driver (pdfcreator for instance)

Edit: problem persists after installation of verson 4.13.0.1

Help much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Dear dbur,

There is no activation code needed. Please save outputs with the DIALux pdf printer only over the function “Save output as PDF” (see attached screenshot 1).

When you select the “DIALux PDF Printer” over the printing menu you will get the activation error every time (see attached screenshots 2&3). Unfortunately it is not possible to use our DIALux printer in this menu.

In case the problem still occurs:
As a workaround you should try to print our DIALux outputs with an external PDF printer like the free Bullzip PDF printer:

Thanks for your answer,

Using the icon "Save output as PDF" gives me the same error (see images), so it is useless :(
The only way I can save the outputs is to select "Print" in the File menu and choose another driver than the Dialux PDF printer. I still don't know why...
I'm a teacher and my students don't have this problem on their desktop PC's (Win10)

We would like to recommend you to uninstall your DIALux software from your system and install our DIALux 4.13.0.1 version to your computer system by using the following setup once again. In this case all DIALux components will be newly registered.
