Probably the problem is related to the graphics card mode. Therefore, we recommend that you switch the graphics card mode to DIALux once. You can change it via "File" -> "Settings" -> "General options" -> tab "CAD window". Please change there from Direct3D to OpenGL or Mesa. Then restart DIALux once so that the changes take effect.
You can also change the graphics card mode by opening the Windows start menu and selecting the appropriate entry.

Or on the other hand, maybe the problem is related to the high-resolution displays used, for which the technology of DIALux 4 is unfortunately not designed. The only workaround that could help you is to reduce the resolution of your monitor/laptop to FullHD. It is best to restart DIALux after you have adjusted the resolution.
In case the problem still exists, please uninstall all three DIALux programs from your system (see image below) and install our DIALux 4.13.0.2 version to your computer system by using the following setup. In this case all DIALux components will be newly registered.
