Hello
when I try to download 9.1 verion Goole Chrome blocks me due to possible virus.
If I ignore the warning Avira puts the file in quarantine.
Can you help me?
Thank you.

Dear atorchia,

Do you use the Avira antivirus software on your computer system?

Apparently, there are currently problems with Avira classifying our "DIALux.exe" file as unsafe. As long as Avira is still running, the file is repeatedly moved to quarantine or blocked.

One solution would be to uninstall the Avira antivirus software and use Windows Defender.
Or you could declare the "DIALux.exe" file as safe. Unfortunately, we do not know if and how this can be done in Avira.

Here is the virus total scan of our "DIAlux_x64.exe" file:

Hi
I tray to re-install Dialux Evo 9.0 but I have the same error (with 9.1 version) during decompressing files
Do you think that is an Avira block?
Thank you

Dear atorchia,

Another customer, who also had this problem on his computer, reported yesterday that he was able to solve the problem by setting the complete DIALux folder as an exception in Avira and then reinstalling our DIALux evo software again Afterwards he was able to work with evo without any problems.

He seems to have done this via the settings "Avira => Settings => Exceptions => Files => Data check and real-time scanner".
