emergency light scenes false colour rendering export

Post by FSDLCatherine » Thu Jan 25, 2018 10:41 am

Hello all,

I am working in DIALux 4.13 and have a simple rectangular room set up with normal and emergency light fittings.
The emergency light fittings have been selected using the emergency light scene setting.

I can output the normal false colour rendering for all of the lights correctly with a range of 300lx-0lx.
But when trying to output the emergency light scene false colour rendering it uses the same False Colours which makes the room essentially show 0lx when for this I need it to show an alternate range of 20-0lx.

Anyone any ideas on how to use the two light scenes and show two separate false colour ranges?

Cheers in advance!
Catherine

PS: first time posting here, quite excited. Hope this can be solved.

Dear Catherine,

We wonder if you could send us your DIALux project file in order to analyse the problem in details. It would be of help if you could provide us with some screenshots showing the false colour problem. Please send us also the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'support@dial.de'.

Best regards,

Dear Catherine,

Thank you very much for sending us your project file and the screenshots.

Yes, you’re right. Unfortunately it is only possible to change the false colours for the whole project and its light scenes. Maybe it would be of help to split the project into two projects. Then you could have one project for each light scene. So, what we mean is to copy the original project file and then delete one of the light scenes in the original project and the other light scene has to be deleted from the copied project file.
This is the only way to get the false colours as required.

Best regards,
