Post by howardhsu » Tue Oct 10, 2017 2:18 pm

Computer: New Surface Pro 2017
Resolution: 2736 x 1864

1. Change resolution to 1920 x 1080
2. Use Microsoft print to PDF, use PDF Architect
3. Checked property setting of page size all set as A4.

Please assist to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, the cut-off issue still exist by using Microsoft Print to PDF.
I have also tried Bullzip PDF without any success.

I can see the correct content in the preview, but there's a big cut off on the PDF output...

Hi there,

Just sharing a quick workaround for people who are facing the same issue, that is to adjust the margin in the preview, all you need to do is keep try and try until you find that perfect spot so the PDF print out doesn't cut off the page...although you will find a big blank area on the right of PDF...and time wasting...

So until someone from DIAl can provide the proper way of fixing this issue, I guess this is the only way to output the pdf properly...sucks.
