Extrusion object with lots of points

An extrusion object with lot's of points (>100) slows down the creation process of an extrusion object
Once the object is open for editing and a point will be placed, evo calcualtes "some stuff" and uses 100% CPU time for a short period of time.
Right now it takes about 3-5 seconds to place a new point.

This seems like evo calculates the object every time a point is set. And from my point of view this is not necessary. Because it is "just" like a table of points.
It should be like that, after all points are set (table is finished) and the object will be closed, the whole object should be calculated, not in every step when a point is set.
If than, in calculating process of the whole object, the 100% CPU time is needed, that will be fine, because work (setting all points) is done and we can go for a coffee :)
