Hi Vipin,
This project was made with a previous version of EVO (I believe 5.0).
Nothing special done here, just using good quality 3d models and textures and experiment a lot.
For the garden - showing behind the windows - I just added a "wall" with a texture of trees. Then I put in an (invisible) wallwasher to put some light on this.
It gives the impression of a garden in daylight.
FYI rendering time in high quality was about 10 minutes.
