Re: Question for Fusion users - 9.0 9.1

Thanks Thorfun.
Did you ever use Evo, any versions, in Fusion?
It works really well, except for the calculations. And it was all ok up to 8.2.

Question for Fusion users - 9.0 9.1

I'm running Evo in VM Fusion. iMac late 2013 21.5" 2.7G 4 core processor. 16 gig RAM. 1Tb solid state data drive. Since loading 9.1 calculation times have increased dramatically and sometimes lock. Any advice on the correct VM settings. Currently 8Gig RAM given to VM. 1 Processor core. Upping both m...

Re: Importing .3ds objects

Thanks,
I received the repaired file and it's hanging on calculation again.
Is there a way I can delete the calculation results myself.
Also, how do I delete objects from the catalogue? I imported a few by mistake.

Richard.

Re: Glass in windows is tinted red, why?

I had to add something to the registry, but I can't remember what it was.
One of the Dial team will be able to advise you.
After that's done, it works fine.

Re: Glass in windows is tinted red, why?

The problem seems to be solved in 9.1.
No more red windows.

Task Areas Evo 9.

Hi, I understand in Evo 9 that you can allocate task areas to zones in a room. ie. I have a rom subdivided into separate zones with differing lux requirements. I need the task areas to have the lux requirement for that zone only...and also the perimeter area to be applied to that zone only. How can ...

Re: Dialux 9 - a few observations

Thanks,

Would this be causing the problems with calculation times as well?
