Hello bavarian, The problem was caused by the rough grid of the calculation surface. We would suggest you to use a finer grid, so e.g. 100x1000 points for the surface. As the calculation surface is large, not all relevant points could be taken into account. We have set the grid points arbitrarily. O...

Hello Maxime,

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer the templates from the PC to the laptop via copy & paste a file. Therefore you would have to adjust the settings manually on your laptop.

Hello GenesisOne, We would recommend you to close evo and open the “Service Tool” in the DIAL GmbH folder and write us from this “Service Tool” a mail including the instance ID and some other log files (see screenshots below).
