DIALux evo 7.1 Setup crashing

Post by caiofuccio » Fri Feb 02, 2018 1:10 am

Hello,

I'm having a big trouble trying to install DIALux evo 7.1. Everytime I try to run the setup, it ends up crashing and showing me the message "Setup application stopped working" right after i click the "Next" button after choosing the installation folder. I've tried to install different versions, disable anti virus and firewall programs, even tried to run the computer in safe mode, but nothing seems to work.
Can someone please help me? I'm starting to become desparate, because I need this software on my work.

PS: I have already installed DIALux evo on other machines, this is the firts time i see this problem

My specs are:
Intel i7 4770K
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX780

Thank you very much.

Hello,

It is a problem we recently heared about on some systems but we do not know why it happens. Perhaps this thread may help you: http://dxboard.dialux.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=84075

Thank you for your answer Kolja.

Sadly, I've tried every step of this thread before submiting this post.
Today i'll try to restore my Windows (10) and try to install DIALux again.

Best Regards
Caio
