I'm trying to made lighting calculation for one project, but calculations stopped and appear following message: An error occurred during calculation, and unfortunately I can't understand why.

The problem was caused by the room elements used as windows. After deleting them, we were able to calculate the project without any problems. We recommend that you use real windows instead of room elements and then calculate the project.
We will send you the calculated evo project file within the next few minutes via WeTransfer.
