Dear Dial support team,
The second and third floor in my project are missing.
I have fixed it now two times but this time it doesnt work.
So far i know the problem does happen with the cut option, if you deleted the cut round the floor/wall, it's possible it will fix it.
(for the wall it works all the time (for now).
Is there already a fix for this?
Dialux 9.0
Thanks you,
Missing floor
Re: Missing floor
Hello Kkellershohn,
Please provide us with the evo project file so that we could check the problem directly in evo 9.1. It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'Support@dial.de'.
Best regards,

Re: Missing floor
Hello Csuleiman,
I used few backups back.
This problem happend now three times more.
Two times disappeared only the second floor and one time second and third floor.
The moment I place the light the floor disappear.
If I delete the light afterwards the floors are still gone.
(only if you look from the top)
I will send the file.
Thank you,

Re: Missing floor
Thank you the problem missing floor is fixed.
In my drawing it comes back if I change the lights again.
So first complete the basement and then you need to fix the problem only ones.
It cost only one minut to fix the problem.
