blue light in scenes

Post by _rossella_twgTM » Mon Feb 01, 2021 10:20 pm

First of all thank you all for the valuable cooperation of the forum.
I would like to point out a problem already found in the previous version 9.1 and still present in 9.2: all the light of the lamps (which are 3000K) is blue and consequently all the environments completely distorting the impact on the scene in the renderings (essential to present the project).
do you have any quick and effective advice?
I have reloaded all the lamps but the situation does not change.
certain of your kind feedback
greetings to all

Hello rossella_twgTM,

We are confident that the "blue light problem" found in evo 9.1 (Patch 1) is solved in evo 9.2. There are several other things that might cause similar results (e.g. a wrong selected manual white balance setting).
If you think there is still a color rendering problem in evo, please send us an example project to support@dial.de with a link to this topic so we are able to analyze the problem.

Regards
Kolja
