Post by jeancol90 » Mon Apr 12, 2021 10:47 pm

Hello!

I need your help with this case.

I modeled this building and places some luminaries to a couple of walls, in one of them the light is shown correctly, however, in the other wall the light is showed wrongly

Is the same photometric file, an LDT file, the model is located near the point 0,0,0 of the coordinate system.

Also I inspect the file by erasing the results and ScenegraphScene inside it and nothing..

Hello jeancol90,

Please provide us with the evo project file so that we could check the problem directly in evo 9.2. It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'Support@dial.de'.

Best regards,

Hello jeancol90,

Objects were placed far away from the building that caused the problem. After we deleted these objects and recalculated the project, the problem was solved. We have sent you the edited project by email.

Best regards,
DIAL Support Team
