Good morning,
I published this post two weeks ago about an IFC import from Revit to DIALux: https://dxboard.dialux.com/viewtopic.php?t=92803
According to the administrator suggest, I downloaded the example Revit and IFC files:

I'm interested to make some natural lighting analysis with curtain walls, lightdomes and glazed roofs, so I tried to do some analysis with the rooms into the model, but I detected a couple of problems, that I post here.
Firstly, I checked if the light passes through the lightdome, but according to my results, the room only receives light through the windows. I set for the analysis Madrid, 6/6/21, h. 12:00, clear sky.

Then I would to make an analysis of the main hall, to check how the software works with a curtain wall, but it wasn't posible because the space wasn't a room, so I could calculate all the floor except the main room.

Maybe doesn't DIALux EVO support this element types for the analysis???
How is it possible that doesn't the example model works too?

Hello,
even if there is no room (IFc-space defined by Revit, which is a very common problem for revit-ifcs) you can apply a measurement surface within Evo.
You need to define, draw the surface which needs to be measured.

The troubles with IFC imports (especially from Revit) are well known.

is a place to discuss/improve those issues.
