luminaires and documentation

Post by eng.guspp » Fri Apr 24, 2020 11:24 am

Hello,
I work with industrial design and I have a building with 3 storeys and stairs that I built using "extrusion body" like a floor.
There are at the least 5 luminaires per floor and I would like to know what can I do to show this luminaires per floor in documentation.
tks

Hello

Maybe I’m wrong, but I would say that you can’t, because Dialux evo separates luminaires per storey that you have set up in the Construction area.

If you would like to get luminaires per floor in your documentation, then you should construct a 3 storey building and use the cutout tool to get the desired layout (holes in walls, ceilings etc).

Best regards.

Hello,

With evo 8.2 the workaround Sentinel mentioned is perhaps the "best solution".
With evo 9.0 you have a luminaire layout plan per space. You can stack up the outdoor spaces (set space height and position) and assign the luminaires to the desired spaces.

Best Regards
