Hello ash96,

Please provide us with the DIALux project file so that we could check the problem directly in DIALux 4.13. It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'Support@dial.de'.

Hello ash96,

Thank you for sending us your DIALux project file. Since we do not know which room you mean in your screenshot here, we have taken a look at the room "Meeting Room BU1" as an example. You will find the minimum illuminance values in the corners of the room. Please have a look at the attached screenshot. If you move the mouse cursor in the CAD to the corners of the room, you will see the corresponding lux value in the lower right corner below the CAD. This is significantly lower than the calculated maximum value of the illuminance.
So all calculated results are absolutely correct.

Thanks a lot for your response and help

I think Emin supposed to be about 300 lux to meet the required lux and here is 78, I changed the light fixture type many times but the same issue.

Hello ash96,

As already mentioned, you will get lower illuminance levels in the corners of the room, since it is naturally darker there. We have checked the calculation results again and they are absolutely correct. On average, you will get the chosen 300 lx, so you meet the requirement.
