Today, when I tried to open My Database, nothing appeared:
Then Error message popped up:
I restarted PC, then uninstalled & reinstalled Dialux, doesn't work.
Does anybody know how to fix it? Thank you very much!

I am having the same issue even tried installing a previous version but to no relief.

We found out in our test center that this problem is definitely caused by a Windows update.
Uninstalling the Windows update (KB4493509) (operating system build 17763.437) solved the problem.
Microsoft is currently working on a solution to the many problems caused by this update.
