Dieses Problem mit der „Eigenen Datenbank“ wird durch ein fehlerhaftes Microsoft-Update verursacht und kann durch das Deinstallieren des Updates KB4493509 bzw. der Folgeupdates gelöst werden.

Da Microsoft die Updates ständig neu verpackt und Updates durch neue Updates ersetzt, ist es manchmal nur schwer ersichtlich, welches Update jetzt das Problematische ist.

Ob Sie dieses Microsoft-Update deinstallieren wollen, um das DIALux 4-Problem zu lösen, müssen Sie selbstverständlich selbst entscheiden.


Unsere Strategie für die Zukunft ist, dass DIALux evo der Nachfolger von DIALux 4.13 ist und wir DIALux evo auch nur noch zukünftig weiterentwickeln werden Der Support unserer Software DIALux 4.13 wird aber weiter fortgesetzt werden.

Wenn Sie unsere Software DIALux 4 nicht mehr nutzen möchten, ist unsere Software DIALux evo ein mehr als adäquater Ersatz.
