Bug during IES files download

Hi fellow,
I had a 4.12 version running ok.
I decided to upload to 4.13 version.
Now I can not create my User Database.
It´s appearing the message:
"The value of the property loeschen_mouseover is nule or undefined; it is not an object of Function".

How can I fix this problem?
I appreciate any help.

I tried to re-install the DiaLux 4.13 and the problem is persisting.
My Windows is Version 8, version 6.3 (Compilation 9600).
