Strange light distribution

Post by Elena Tsizh » Wed Jul 29, 2020 1:31 pm

When I calculate light in my dialux file (the model was build in dialux) it's a wrong light beam, with shadows and bugs. And it's not only for one luminaire, but I also try others. But in the new empty file, all beams are looks correct

Hello Elena Tsizh,

Please provide us with the evo project file so that we could check the problem directly. It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'Support@dial.de'.

Best regards,
DIAL Support Team

Hello Elena Tsizh,

Thank you for sending me the evo project.
The reason for the visualization problem was an object that was positioned very far away from the origin. After we deleted it and then recalculated the project, the shadows on the walls were gone. We will send you the edited and calculated project via WeTransfer in a few minutes.

Best regards,
DIAL Support Team
