Cut out tool still doesnt work.

Hello,

Im experiencing som bug with the cut out tool, i've had this issues now and then for a couple of months now and its quite annoying since instead of cutting away the floor in the room i usually have to make a new file and make it as a single room and insert "fake floors"
i'll email the file and the link to this topic to your support mail aswell. i just installed the latest update but it didnt help.
