Luminaires not emitting lumens

I inserted the luminaires at the height of the ceilings, my building has two floors and some areas have a crown molding, it is a bank branch, apparently the illuminance is ok, however it is as if it was not emitting lumens for the created environment. How to solve?

So far, we have only implemented a beta version of the IFC import in our evo software. Therefore, there may still be problems when trying to import some IFC files, for which we cannot currently provide you with a workaround.
