Sketchup Export to Dialux

I've had some trouble exporting a sketchup file to 3ds and into Dialux. Nearly all of the surfaces correctly export, including the correct materials etc., but there are a few surfaces that simply disappear once imported into Dialux. I'm not sure if the sketchup construction is incorrect, or if Dialux is reading it correctly. See screenshots attached.

It looks like the faces of the SketchUp model are not orientated in the right way.
You have to check this in SketchUp : "view" "face style" "monochrom", now you can check: all faces have to be white, purple-coloured faces are not correctly orientated, you can change this by rightclick the face and choose "reverse face".
