Evo lags at startup issue

Hello,
Since version 10 I'm experiencing a 2-3 minutes lag in Evo at startup. It lags in every function and then it settles down to normal. I hoped this to be fixed with v10.1 but still the same .Is anyone else having this problem? Is this some kind of firewall issue? Can someone help?

I'm having no problems at all, starts faster than before I think. Slow on a laptop, fast on a desktop, but not 2-3 minutes.

What is annoying is the way the DIALux evo window blocks the ability to look at any other open window on your screen whilst it starts up!
