Ver 11 Patch 3 Regarding Red background on Summary Page

Hello DIAL,

We are very happy with the patch 3 of Version 11.
Much appreciated for the quick release of another patch.

One question.
Using Ver 11 patch 3, we found the red-color background behind the numbers of color bar on Summary Page.
I believe this Red background is new feature of Patch 3.
I am afraid but the color of red makes the numbers blurred.

Is this how its supposed to be?
