Hello All - I have a question regarding Dialux EVO - is there an API available - or any other sort of interface that allows for automation ?

Hi mikeallen,

Unfortunately, DIALux evo has neither an API interface nor an SDK that is controlled externally. We regret that we cannot help you in this matter.

Thanks for letting me know - as a quick follow up question - is it possible then, to export a file - then make some changes to the file and import it or is it possible to export the file - edit / add some additional information before importing to another app ? - I have been asked to see what tasks can be automated as we are trying to automate as many tasks as possible in our work environment ( we are going through a digital transformation)

Hi mikeallen,

In evo you have the possibility to use the import function for DWG/DXF drawings, STF, IFC and 3DS files. The only interface for an export function applies to DWG/DXF drawings.
