Hello DIALux Users.
Today when I worked on a Office Project I was wondering if there is a usefull method to make luminaire arragements based on a 0.625x0.625m ceiling grid, I know that there is an option to arrange luminaires by distance but I was wondering if i can combine the arrangement functions like, placing luminaires according to distance and luminaires rows and columns because whenever I want to add luminaires by distance, DIALux EVO always try to fully equip the room with luminaires even if they are half in the wall.
I find it hard to work with if I have to place them by distance, than lock grid lines and exclude rows/columns, then center them in the room.
Do you know if it is possible something like this in DIALux EVO or similar. Also I consider this a good suggestion for future patches.
P.S. I know about the method with the reference grid.
Thank you in advance!

Re: DIALux EVO Luminaire Arragement
Dear ericp,
Here, unfortunately, there is no other option that I can present to you for arranging the luminaires more easily.
Since you already know all the functions, such as locking grid lines, I cannot explain anything new to you.
However, we will take up your wish as an improvement.
Best regards
