Hi,
I am not able to perform "send to dialux " . I select the option send to dialux but no file is added to Dialux Evo. I do not know why its happening.
Sometimes it showsin Dialux Evo when i select send to Dialux a no. of times.

the "send to DIALux" option is not available for all manufactures. For those who are not allowed to send products this icon is disabled and you will get a notice in form of a tooltip. But if this funcionallity is active it should actually work. If you will find a products which is not working please send us a link. We will then be able to analyse this issue. Maybe the photometric data is just broken.
