dimensions in any country using American English windows

Lumsearch is very nice tool
my suggestion to improve it in our area is to make default in Medal east as mm not in
i guess Lumsearch detect the windows language not the Ip address location
Many operators in Meddle east select American English but they use mm not in, would be good if the default is mm and also if there is setting to change this please

Currently we are working on a new Release of LUMsearch. In this version inches will be supported only by american english. All other languages will support millimeter.
