Evo 6.2 and virus scanner

Sehr geehrte Kunden,

leider kommt es immer wieder vor, dass DIALux evo von diversen Virenscannern fälschlicherweise als gefährlich eingestuft und geblockt wird. DIALux evo enthält keine Malware. Das Setup ist mit unserem Zertifikat digital signiert, um sicherzustellen, dass die Datei nicht verändert wurde und Sie sicherstellen können, dass Sie die Originalsoftware installieren. Aus organisatorischen Gründen ist es uns leider nicht möglich, das problemlose Zusammenspiel mit jedem Virenscanner sicherzustellen. Wir möchten Sie daher bitten, DIALux evo bei Problemen mit Ihrer Antivirensoftware auf die Whitelist/Ausschlussliste zu setzen und DIALux evo als vertrauenswürdige Anwendung einzustufen.

Sollten Sie Probleme im Zusammenhang mit DIALux evo und Ihrer Sicherheitslösung bemerken, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Support (support@dial.de).

Unfortunately sometimes it happens that DIALux evo is falsely classified and blocked by various virus scanners. DIALux evo is not a malware. The setup is digitally signed with our certificate to ensure that the file has not been modified and you can ensure that you are installing the original software. For organizational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to ensure the trouble-free interaction with every virus scanner. We would therefore ask you to put DIALux evo on the Whitelist / exclusion list in case of problems with your anti-virus software and to classify DIALux evo as a trustworthy application.
