Send to dial lux not working on lumsearch for any fixtures

Hello, I have recently noticed that when selecting the option on a light fixture on the lumsearch plugin nothing happens the fixture does not get sent to dialux
I have checked the dial communication and it is running can you please advise on what the issue may be ?

Dear G.L.,

Please try to deactivate all your security software (virus scanner and the firewall) once on your computer system and after this please check if the problem is solved.

If you have a bad feeling to disable the security software, you can deactivate your WLAN connection and remove the network cable from your computer.
