Hello Murali Sundaram,
The C++ Runtime is a framework from Microsoft. Sometimes the installation of the frameworks can lead to problems. Therefore, we would like to ask you to completely uninstall all C++ Redistributable Packages.

Then please download the Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) and check if the installation works correctly.

Now you can run the installation of DIALux 4.13.0.2 again. If the problem still occurs, please try the other two solutions.
Please uninstall the .NET Framework 4.5. and install it again using the following download link:

Register the DIALux components again and run this file as administrator:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\DIALux\Support\regsvr32.exe".
Make sure you run it as administrator and not just log in to Windows as administrator.
