LumSearch Problem

Hello,
I have been trying to access LumSearch all day and it is giving me this error .. I'm not sure if the website is down.
Kindly help as I am in a rush to deliver a project and urgently need to access Lumsearch

Hello,

Yes I am still unable to access it. The first page of the website opens normally, but when i search for anything / search by the filters I don't get any results and get the error page attached above...
I have tried opening Lumsearch from different devices and even using VPN still to get the same error.
