Geometry problems

Hello everyone,
I'm having problems with the geometry of the model, there are some walls that are dissapearing, and im trying to fix it but without any success.

We checked your project file, but could not reproduce the problem as you described. Nevertheless, we have deleted a geometry file in your project file which may has caused the problem. We have sent you the edited project file via email.
