Dialux report error codes

Dear Dialux

Please explain and guide me how to solve this issue.
The report doesn't show properly (in Chinese) which it suppose to be.

I have attached some pages as an example for comparison.
A screenshot from the software of the correct one and one page from the generated PDF, which is missing some characters.
